By entering our website www.kinderkinder.co.uk and/or placing an order you are bound by these terms and conditions. Please be aware that you are indirectly accepting these terms by using and viewing our website and we would ask you kindly not to use it if you do not.

These terms and conditions may be revised if necessary and will be updated accordingly. Please do check this page from time to time as these policies are binding to you.

1. Ordering

All orders go through our checkout process where you will be able to view and review your order. Confirmation of the order will be sent by email once payment has been received, henceforth a purchase contract will have been made.
We may refuse an order if (a) payment authorisation is not obtained (b) goods are unavailable (c) a pricing error has been made. If an item is out of stock and an order has been placed we will, of course, notify you immediately.

2. Pricing

Children’s clothing and nappies are VAT free in the UK. All prices quoted on these items are VAT excluded.

Postage and packing are charged for separately to the goods and appropriate rates are set out and displayed on the checkout page.

Prices shown are current for the product at the time and will be reviewed periodically.

3. Cancellation and Returns Policy

If you wish to cancel your order you may do so before an item has been dispatched by notifying us by email at info@kinderkinder.co.uk or by telephone.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it within 28 days of receipt for exchange or credit as required.

Items must be in an unused condition (apart from tried on) with tags and labels still on and sent back in the original packaging. Kinder Kinder Ltd reserves the right to refuse refund if items are not in an unused condition or sent in original packaging.

We strongly recommend returning items to be sent recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

You are required to pay for return postage costs unless an item is faulty in which case we will exchange and return an item free of charge.  You must advise of faulty items within 48 hours of receipt of goods to enable a free of charge exchange.

Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

4. License

The copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on our website are owned by us and our licensors, advertisers or content suppliers; this includes all graphics and images. Other than personal and non-commercial use (i.e. print outs of pages from our website), modification, publication, distribution or any other use of our graphics or images is prohibited. 

5.  Service Access

We cannot be held liable if for reasons beyond our control the website becomes inaccessible due to system failure, repair or maintenance. We at Kinder Kinder will do our best to make sure the website is fully accessible 24 hours a day.

6. Conduct

Any material posted onto our website that is of a non-personal matter will be considered as non-confidential and will be used at our discretion. Personally identifiable information is covered under the Privacy Policy.

It is prohibited to post or transmit any information on our website that is offensive, threatening, obscene etc, or for which you do not have approval or that which is deemed as technically harmful, i.e. viruses or Trojans etc.

Should we feel any of the above has been committed we will not hesitate to cooperate with law enforcement authorities and disclose any information or the identities of persons involved.
